Reporting an Issue to Support
If you’re experiencing an issue in Yeti, please email our support team at support@yetisoftware.com with the following information:
- Company name and company code
- A description of the issue you’re experiencing
- Screenshots or a screen recording of the issue
- The browser you’re using (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)
- The device you’re using (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc.)
Before reaching out to support, please try the following troubleshooting steps:
Desktop / Web Issues
- Clear your browser cache
- Restart your computer
- Try using an incognito/private browser window
Mobile App Issues
- Ensure you have the most recent version of the Yeti app installed
- Delete and re-download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
- Restart your device after reinstalling the app
