Reporting an Issue to Support

If you’re experiencing an issue in Yeti, please email our support team at support@yetisoftware.com with the following information:

  • Company name and company code
  • A description of the issue you’re experiencing
  • Screenshots or a screen recording of the issue
  • The browser you’re using (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)
  • The device you’re using (desktop, tablet, mobile, etc.)

Before reaching out to support, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

Desktop / Web Issues

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Restart your computer
  • Try using an incognito/private browser window

Mobile App Issues

  • Ensure you have the most recent version of the Yeti app installed
  • Delete and re-download the app from the App Store or Google Play Store
  • Restart your device after reinstalling the app
