Why Did My Dispatch Route Disappear?
Dispatch Routes are designed to be performed only once and will automatically disappear based on the following rules:

18 hours after the route has been performed
-
48 hours after creation if no one has performed it
Once a Dispatch Route disappears, it won’t show up on the Routes page or in the search field.
How to View a Closed Dispatch Route
To view an old or completed Dispatch Route:

Click on the search filter on the route page.

Select “Closed Dispatches” from the filter options.
- Hit the filter button.
This will display any Dispatch Routes that have already been executed or have expired.
