      Can I Reduce my Cost in the Summer?

      Yes! If you’re paying monthly, you can switch to Off-Season Mode and pay only 50% of your current plan. While in this mode, you can still run reports, and all your data will be securely stored until next season.

      Enable Off-Season Mode

      To set up the "off-season mode," follow the steps below:

      1.  Select Settings (Gear Icon)
      2. Select Subscription
      3. Click Credit Card button
      4. Click 'Enable Off-Season Mode

      When Off-Season Mode is enabled, you’ll see a banner at the top of your environment confirming the change. You will only have access to limited features, like reporting, until you switch back to your full plan.

      Disable Off-Season Mode

      To turn off"off-season mode," follow the steps below:

      1.  Select Settings (Gear Icon)
      2. Select Subscription
      3. Click Credit Card button
      4. Click 'Disable Off-Season Mode
