Cannot select service on app
If you can’t select a service in the mobile app, this is almost always due to service visibility settings.
The most common cause is that the service is not enabled for operators.
An Admin or Operations user can check this by:
- Going to Operations → Services on the web version
- Clicking the pencil icon next to the service
- Making sure “Display to Operators” is turned on
- Saving the changes
Once enabled, the service will appear in the mobile app.
If the service is already enabled and still doesn’t appear, the next things to confirm are:
- The service is added to the client’s contract
- A charge type and rate are set (the rate can be $0)
- The site is linked to that contract
If you don’t have access to update these settings, an Admin or Operations user will need to review them.
