Do Not Share the Same Email or Phone to Use Yeti

It is strongly recommended that each user logging into Yeti has a unique email address and phone number.

Sharing login details across employees can lead to serious issues, including:

  • Loss of user history — you won’t be able to track which individual worked on a Site at a specific time.

  • Legal risk — in case of a dispute, you can’t prove which Operator was on-site.

  • Login conflicts — the same email or phone number cannot be used simultaneously on multiple devices.

To maintain accurate records and avoid operational or legal problems, ensure each user has their own login credentials.
