How can I export or print a report that lists all of my established routes and the specific sites assigned to them?
Depending on how you want your data organized, there are two easy ways to generate a report showing your routes and their assigned sites.
Option 1: View and print a single route at a time
Use this method if you need a clean, dedicated breakdown of one specific route:
- Navigate to the Routes screen on your desktop dashboard.
- Click directly into the specific route you want to review. You will see a list of all sites assigned within that route.
- To save or print this view, use your web browser's print command: right-click anywhere on the page and select Print (or press Ctrl + P on Windows / Cmd + P on Mac).
- Change your printer destination to Save as PDF to generate a digital report.
Option 2: Export a master list of all sites grouped by their routes
Use this method if you want a single, master report that shows all of your properties and their respective routes side by side:
- Navigate to the Sites screen from the left menu.
- Click on Column Configuration (the gear icon on your table layout).
- Find the Route column and check the box to unhide it.
- Drag the Route column up to the first (top) position so it appears on the far-left side of your screen layout. Save your view.
- Click the column header for Route to sort the list alphabetically. This instantly groups all of your sites under their assigned route names.
- Click Download as PDF or Download as file at the top of the table to save the complete spreadsheet.
