Changing Between Monthly and Yearly Plans
You can switch from a monthly subscription to a yearly subscription at any time by visiting the Subscription page in Yeti.

However, switching from a yearly plan to a monthly plan can only be done at the end of the annual term. This change is not automatic—you must set it manually on the Subscription page.

    Restrictions on Downgrading a Plan
Please note the following limitations when downgrading your subscription:

    1. Annual plans cannot be downgraded.
    2. The number of existing Sites must fall within the Site range of the new plan.
For example, if you have 70 Sites and are currently on the High Performance plan (51–100 Sites), you cannot downgrade to a High Performance plan that supports only 26–50 Sites.
    3. You can only downgrade if your current plan has been in place for at least one full month. This includes newly subscribed plans.
For instance, if you downgraded your plan on May 10th, you must wait until June 10th to downgrade again.

You can upgrade your plan at any time without restrictions.

    Where to Review Your Subscription

To make changes to subscription plans, click on Gear then Subscription.

    Click on Plans.

    How to Check Invoice Date

When you click on the Subscription button, you can see the date of your “Next Invoice”.

    Examples of Downgrade Restrictions

    • Downgrade Attempt Before One Month
If you attempt to downgrade your plan within one month of your last change, the system will prevent the action and display a message.
      Example:
If you downgraded your plan on June 19th and try to downgrade again before July 19th, the following message will appear:
Attempt to Downgrade to Plan with Fewer Sites
If you attempt to select a plan that supports fewer Sites than your current total, you will receive a message prompting action.
    Example:
You currently have 50 Sites and want to downgrade to the Snow Pro plan, which supports 25 Sites. To proceed, you would need to archive or remove 25 Sites to meet the new plan's limits.
