How do I change the settings so my operators can take and upload more photos when completing a service in the mobile app?

To capture more photos while performing a service, you can easily increase the maximum number of photos allowed from your desktop dashboard. The system supports up to 20 before-photos and 20 after-photos per job.

You can adjust this limit for a single property or update all of your properties at the same time:

Option 1: Adjust photo limits for a single site

1. Navigate to the Sites screen from the left-hand navigation menu.
2. Select the specific site you want to update and click Edit.
3. Locate the App Requirements section and click on Photos.
4. Adjust the maximum number of before and after photos allowed (up to 20 each).
5. Click Save.

Option 2: Adjust photo limits for all sites at once (Bulk Update)

1. Navigate to the main Sites page.
2. Click on the Massive Changes button at the top of the table.
3. Select Mobile App Requirements from the options.
4. Update the photo settings to your desired number of before and after photos.
5. Save your changes to apply this new limit across every property in your system instantly.
