Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log into the Yeti web app.
2. Using the left navigation menu, go to Reports & History and click on the Service tab.
3. Use the filters at the top of the page to pinpoint the exact records you need:
   • Site/Client: Choose the specific location where the incident occurred.
   • Date Range: Select the necessary timeframe (e.g., the months leading up to and including the date of the incident).

Choose Your Delivery Method:

• Option 1: Send directly via email (Recommended) Click the Send All Online button located below your filters. Enter the insurance adjuster's or recipient's email address and send. They will receive a professional, secure web link allowing them to interactively view and download all matching service records and accompanying photos.
