How do I find and export historical reports, photos, or files for specific properties and date ranges?
Yeti offers several specialized reporting options to help you track site activities, manage billing, review labor costs, and monitor field teams.
Here are the main types of reports you can pull from the system:
- Service History Report: A complete record of every site that has been serviced. This shows who completed the work, what specific services were performed, and any operator notes or photos logged from the field.
- Billing Report: Focuses strictly on completed services that are ready to be invoiced to your clients. Each row represents a billable service record, allowing you to easily audit and export data to charge your clients.
- Subcontractors Report: Displays billing and service records completed by your subcontractors on assigned sites. This tracks total amounts owed to help you manage subcontractor payouts.
- Employee Timesheets Report: Provides an overview of the total work hours completed by each user. This is typically used to calculate employee payroll based on mobile app check-ins.
- Labor Cost Report: Allows you to analyze labor usage at specific sites and track individual operator costs over a selected time period to monitor profitability.
- Shift History Report: Provides a chronological look at shifts performed by your team. You can see exactly when employees logged into the mobile app, when they clocked out, and their overall shift duration.
- Route History Report: Provides detailed paths, route tracking, and map breadcrumbs showing the routes your operators completed during their shifts.
You can easily pull and download historical records, reports, and media files (such as photo logs or timelapse details) directly from the Reporting section in Yeti.
