How do I hide regular routes from my operators so they only see the specific work dispatched to them?

There is no global on/off switch to hide all regular routes from your mobile operators. However, you can completely control which routes are visible to each user by adjusting the Assign To settings on your routes.

By default, if your overall company name is selected under a route's "Assign To" field, all operators in your organization will be able to see and access that route on their mobile apps.

To restrict visibility so operators only see their assigned work, use the following setup:

1. Remove the Company-Wide Assignment

• Open the route you want to hide from the general team.
• Locate the Assign To section.
• If your company name is selected, remove it. Leaving the company checked is what makes it a "regular route" visible to everyone.

2. Assign Routes to Specific Users

• Instead of the company name, click the Operator button within that same field.
• Check the box only next to the specific internal operator or subcontractor who should be handling that work.

Once saved, that route will instantly vanish from the mobile apps of any operator who was not explicitly selected. This effectively cleans up their view so they only see the specific routes dispatched directly to them.
