How do I stop the app from asking my crews for snow depth or weather conditions during the spring/summer season?

If your crews are transitioning to summer services like landscaping or striping, you can remove winter data prompts (such as Snow Depth or Site Weather Conditions) from the mobile app.

You can update your locations one by one, or update all of them at the same time using the Massive Changes tool.

How to remove winter requirements for all sites at once:

1. Go to the Sites screen in the web app.
2. (Optional) Apply a filter if you only want to change specific sites. Otherwise, leave it unfiltered to update everything.
3. Click the Massive Changes button at the top of the page.
4. Select Mobile App Requirements.
5. Locate Site Weather Condition (or Snow Depth) and change the setting to Not Required.
6. Click Save.

This will instantly update your sites, and your crews will no longer be prompted to enter snow or weather depths when logging into these locations on their mobile app.
