How to Delete a Service History Record
While Service History Records (SHRs) cannot be deleted, you can achieve the same result by changing the record's status to Rejected.
Yeti retains all Service History Records to maintain a complete history and audit trail. Instead of permanently deleting records, rejected records are hidden from Service History Reports by default while remaining available for historical reference.
Reject a Service History Record- Open the Service History Record.
- Edit the record by either:
- Selecting the record, then chose Edit from the record pop-up, or
- Clicking the pencil icon at the end of the record.
- Change the Status to Rejected.
- Click Save.
The record will indicate that it was manually updated.
Note: Service History Reports display Approved records by default. Once a record has been marked as Rejected, it will no longer appear in the report unless filters are changed to include rejected records.
