How to Identify Sites That Have Not Been Assigned to a Route

If a site has services assigned but has not been added to a route, Yeti will display an Unrouted warning in the Site Status column.

How to Check for Unrouted Sites
  1. Navigate to Sites from the main navigation menu.
  2. Locate the Status column.
  3. Look for sites displaying the Unrouted warning.

Unrouted means that services have been assigned to the site, but the site has not yet been added to a route.

Understanding Site Status Warnings

The Status column helps identify missing information that may prevent a site from being fully configured.

Possible warnings include:

  • Missing Services - No services have been assigned to the site.
  • Unrouted - Services exist, but the site has not been assigned to a route.
  • Missing Geofence - The site does not have a geofence configured.
  • Unverified Location - The site's location has not been confirmed or verified.
  • No Site Map - A site map has not been uploaded or created.

Reviewing the Status column regularly can help ensure sites are properly configured and ready for dispatch.
