How to Submit an Account Removal Request

Learn how to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data from our platform. 

If you no longer wish to use our service and would like your account and personal data permanently removed, you can submit a formal Account Removal Request.


What Happens When You Request Account Removal?

  • Permanent Deletion: Your user account, login credentials, and profile details will be permanently removed.
  • Data Loss: Any stored data, preferences, or saved configurations associated with your account will no longer be accessible.
  • Active Subscriptions: Any active paid subscriptions will be canceled upon processing your request.

How to Submit Your Request

To submit an account removal request, please choose one of the following methods:

Method 1: Email Support

  1. Send an email to support@yetisoftware.com.
  2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request - [Your Account Name/Email].
  3. Include your registered account email and full name in the email body so our team can verify your identity.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been fully purged from our systems.

Note: Certain legal or transactional records may be retained for a limited period where required by applicable laws.
