This report allows you to easily analyze labor usage at specific sites and track individual operator costs over a selected time period.

How to access the Labor Report
To access the labour report, select the labor report button in the navigation bar
Labor Record
Select a labor record to open it up.
The record will display the following information:
- Operator - The name of the operator
- Duration - The time length the operator was on site for
- Duration Decimal - The time length the operator was on site for in decimal form
- Operator Rate - the hourly rate the operator gets paid
- Operator Cost - Duration Decimal multiplied by Operator Rate
- Client - Site owner
- Site - Name of the site
- Started At - The time site was started at
- Completed At - The time the site was finished at
- Route - what route does the site belong to.
Search Filter
You can use the search filter to find specific records or group records by certain criteria.
Click the search filter icon at the end of the search bar.
A pop-up will appear with a list of fields you can filter by (such as site, route, or user). Note: All records shown after applying a filter can be exported at once.
Export your Records
You can export your records by selecting the checkmark beside the record itself and then selecting the export record button.
Archiving Records
Select a record and then select the bin icon. This will place the records into the inactive tab.
Unarchiving Records
Head over to the inactive tab, select a record, and then select the bin icon. This will place the records into the active tab.
