Labor Guide

The Labour section is used exclusively in quotes to estimate the number of labour hours needed to complete a service. You can specify job titles and their hourly rates to support internal cost tracking and accurate quote calculations.

Add Labor

Select the Labor button in the navigation bar.

 

Click the blue plus button to add a new labor entry.

Enter a name for the labor—this field is mandatory.

Optional fields include:

  • Cost

  • Rate

  • Description


If you have more than one labor entry to add, click Add Another Labor.

Once you’ve entered all the information, click Save.


Archiving Labor

To archive a labour entry, select the checkbox beside the labor item you want to archive, then click the bin icon.


Unarchiving Labor 

To unarchive a labor entry, select the inactive tab and select the checkbox beside the item you want to unarchive.
