7. Manage Work Plans in Yeti 4.0

This article explains how to view, filter, edit, and route work plans in Yeti 4.0, helping field managers organize standing work and review crew instructions before dispatching.

Overview

A Work Plan represents a standing obligation created automatically for each service contract commitment. Work plans define what work needs to be performed, site access details, and crew instructions. Work plans marked as UNROUTED must be assigned to a route before crews can execute them in the field.

Key Terms & Status Indicators
  • UNROUTED: Indicates the work plan has not yet been assigned to a route and cannot be serviced by field crews.
  • Details Status: Displays whether a work plan is Complete or missing information (e.g., Missing Instructions, Missing Done State, or Missing Site Markup).

Note: Work plans can still be assigned to routes even if some information is marked as missing.

  • Current Lap: Tracks live, in-progress runs actively being performed by field crews.
  • Performance Records: Counts total completed and approved work runs for reporting.
