Site Map and Site Map Editor

When you create a site you have the option to create a new site map or upload one.

When creating or editing a site, head down to the image section.  

You have three options for uploading site maps:

  1. Image from Map: Select this option to take a screenshot from the Map
  2. Upload Image: Select this option to upload a JPG or PNG
  3. Upload PDF: Select this option 


Edit a Site Map

You can edit a site map by either:

  1. Select the Take & Edit button when in the Map pop-up. You can get here by selecting Image from Map button.
  2. Select the pencil icon on the upload site map image 


This will open up the Site Map Editor 

Editor Tools
Choose from a range of tools on the left hand side. When you select a tool it's setting will appear on the right.

Tools Descriptions : 

    1. Click and Drag Tool: Select and move items around the canvas.

    2. Draw and Fill Tool: Create irregular shapes with fill colour applied.

    3. Rectangular Tool: Draw rectangles and squares.

    4. Circle Tool: Draw circles and ellipses.

    5. Arrow Tool: Create arrows for direction or annotation.

    6. Pencil Tool: Draw freehand lines with a hard edge.

    7. Line Tool: Draw straight lines.

    8. Text Tool: Add editable text to the canvas.

    9. Symbol Tool: Insert pre-made symbols or icons.

    10. Grid Tool: Toggle or place a grid layout to align elements.

    11. Zoom Tool: Zoom in or out of the canvas.

    12. Undo/Redo Tool: Step backward or forward through your recent actions.


Object Properties

If you want to edit a specific object, select the Click and Drag Tool to see its properties.

  1. To change the object’s format, click on “Edit polygon”.
  2. To move the object, set the number on the field “x” and “y”.
  3. To change the size of the object, set the numbers on the field “w” and “h”.
  4. To rotate the object, slide the bar on “Rotation”.
  5. To increase the object size, slide the bar on “Scale”.
    1. To change the object’s colour, click on “Color”.
