Being able to stay in sync with your team can be a challenge. With Multi-Crew Monitoring, you can check in and see exactly what tasks have been completed on other routes by other crew members.

Access In-Progress Routes
Head over to the mobile app and click the route button.
Here you will have a list of routes to choose from. The ones listed in green are dispatches and the ones in white are standard routes
You will also see a button in the top right-hand corner. Called View Other Crews. Click it and you’ll be brought to a page with a list of all routes that are currently in progress.
Access Route Information
Click on a route to open it up. Here you will be given information about :
- start time
- status
- sites
- crew
You can click a site to see what information the crew member entered when servicing that particular site. You can click the Back to My Routes button to be brought back to the route page.
Communication with Crew
By swiping on a crew member’s name you will make their call and message button visible. This feature allows you to have instant communication with other crew members, making it easier to organize your teams.
Search Feature
You can use the search feature to filter through the different routes allowing you to find needed information faster. You can enter either the name of a route or of a site.
To revert back click the cancel button.
