Requesting Account Cancellation
To request the cancellation of your Yeti Snow account, please send an email to support@yetisoftware.com including the following information:

Company Name

Company Code
Once your request is received, a Yeti representative will contact you to verify your details and guide you through the cancellation process.
Please note:

Only authorized account administrators may request account cancellation.

Any outstanding invoices must be settled prior to account closure.

Once the cancellation process is complete, all account data will be permanently deleted.

Deleted data cannot be recovered if you change your mind after the cancellation is finalized.

Access to your account and all associated services will be permanently disabled once the process is complete.
