Requesting Account Cancellation

 

To request the cancellation of your Yeti Snow account, please send an email to support@yetisoftware.com including the following information:

  • Company Name

  • Company Code

Once your request is received, a Yeti representative will contact you to verify your details and guide you through the cancellation process.

Please note:

  • Only authorized account administrators may request account cancellation.

  • Any outstanding invoices must be settled prior to account closure.

  • Once the cancellation process is complete, all account data will be permanently deleted.

  • Deleted data cannot be recovered if you change your mind after the cancellation is finalized.

  • Access to your account and all associated services will be permanently disabled once the process is complete.
