Sponsored Companies in Yeti

Yeti subscribers (Main Contractors) can create contracts with Subcontractors or Clients, who then receive a sponsored Yeti environment. This enables easy data sharing and streamlined service coordination

Table of Contents:

Sponsored Contract

Contractors create a contract that outlines the agreed-upon details between them and the sponsored company, including assigned sites, and rates for consumables and equipment.

Switching Environments

Within the contract, contractors can access a “Switch Environment” button, which allows them to enter the sponsored company’s environment to help manage or support operations.

Note: Users in the sponsored environment cannot switch back or access the contractor’s environment.

Sponsored Environment

When a company is sponsored in Yeti, they will receive their own environment to work from which will look like the image below.

Sponsored companies can see who sponsors them in the orange banner. When they click on the sponsor company’s name, they will be able to see their contract with them.

When a company is sponsored by more than one Contractor, the sponsor’s name will not appear in the header, but can still be viewed on the Client pages.

Note: Users can only switch environments if they are registered under the sponsorship company.
