Subcontractor cannot see services in the app
Subcontractors not seeing services usually means a setup step is missing.
Here are two things to check:
- Add subcontractor rates to site services:
- Go to Sites in the menu.
- Select the relevant site and click the pencil to edit.
- Scroll to Services and click Edit Services.
- Ensure there are rates entered for every service the subcontractor should see.
- Save your changes.
- Give the subcontractor access to the route:
- Go to Routes in the menu.
- Select the route you would like to assign to the subcontractor.
- Click the pencil to edit
- Scroll down to Assign To
- Click add Subcontractor
- Select the Subcontractor you would like to assign.
- Click done
- Save the route
If both steps are complete, the services should appear for the subcontractor in the app.
