Subcontractor cannot see services in the app

Subcontractors not seeing services usually means a setup step is missing.

Here are two things to check:

  1. Add subcontractor rates to site services:
    • Go to Sites in the menu.
    • Select the relevant site and click the pencil to edit.
    • Scroll to Services and click Edit Services.
    • Ensure there are rates entered for every service the subcontractor should see.
    • Save your changes.
  2. Give the subcontractor access to the route:
    • Go to Routes in the menu.
    • Select the route you would like to assign to the subcontractor.
    • Click the pencil to edit
    • Scroll down to Assign To
    • Click add Subcontractor
    • Select the Subcontractor you would like to assign.
    • Click done
    • Save the route

If both steps are complete, the services should appear for the subcontractor in the app.
