Check Device Storage
Ensure your device has sufficient free storage. A full device can prevent app downloads or impact app functionality.
To check your storage:
Go to: Settings > Battery and device care > Storage

Check Your Google Play Country Settings
If you've recently moved to a different country, your Google Play Store region may need to be updated. Google Play content varies by region, and this can affect app availability.
You may see this message:
“The item isn’t available in your country.”
To update your country:
2.1 Open the Google Play Store app
2.2 Tap your profile icon (top right)
2.3 Go to: Settings > General > Account and device preferences > Country and profiles
2.4 Select the country you are currently in
2.5 Follow the on-screen instructions to add a valid payment method for the new country
Note: You may not see the option to change country if:

You’ve changed your country within the past 12 months

You're not physically located in a new country (based on IP address)

You're part of a Google Play Family Library
