Updating your Personal Account Information

You can update your personal information using the following guide.

You can update your personal information from either the Yeti web app or mobile app

Table of contents:

Web App

Update Profile Details

Click on your avatar

Click on 'Update Account'

You can now update the following:

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Time Zone

    • Profile Picture

    • Note: Don’t forget to click Save after updating details.

Passwords

Update Password
To change your password:

  • Click your avatar and select “Change Password.”
  • Enter your current and new password.
  • Click save. 

Forgot Password

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it.

  • Go to Login Page
  • Click 'Forgot password?
  • Write your email or phone number


  • Click on 'Send recovery link'. A code will be sent via email or text.
     
  • Enter the code, set your new password, and click update

Password Permissions

Users have the option to block admin users from changing their password by enabling the "Block password changes by others" setting in the  Update Account section. When this setting is turned on, only the user can update their password.

How Admins Can Change a User’s Password (When Not Blocked):

  • Go to user page
  • Select the pencil icon beside the user whose password you want to update.
  • Enter the new password and confirm it. Then click save

Mobile App

Update Profile Details

Select Account on the Main Menu

Click on 'Update Profile'. 



You can update:


    • Name

    • Email Address

    • Phone Number

    • Time Zone

    • Profile Picture - You will need to give permission for yeti to access camera or photos. 

Note: Don’t forget to click Save after updating your information. 

Password

Update Password

Select Account on the main menu.

Click on Change Password.


Enter your current password, your new password, and confirm it. 

Forgot Password

If you don't remember your password, you can reset it.

  • Go to Login Page
  • Write your email or phone number and click on 'Recovery.'
  • A code will be sent via email or text. Enter the code, set your new password, and click update.
