What Happens When You Archive a Contract
When you select a Client or Sub-Contractor and click “Archive selected record”, you’ll see a confirmation message.
Archiving will:
- Remove all Routes, Sites, and Services linked to that Client/Sub-Contractor in the contract.
- End the current contract between you and them.
What Happens When You Unarchive
If you restore (unarchive) a Client or Sub-Contractor:
- It will be treated as a new contract.
-
You must re-add all Routes, Sites, and Services manually.
Best Practice Before Archiving
Review all Routes, Sites, and Services tied to the contract.
- Save any important details if you’ll need them again.
- Only archive if you’re sure you won’t need the current setup.
