What is the Difference Between Seasons in Settings and Off-Season Mode?

The season in "Settings" is the period you want your crew to see the Route. You can register Routes that are viewed in Summer, Winter, or throughout the year.

Seasons in Settings

  • Defines the time periods during which your crew can view and work on Routes.

  • Routes can be set to run in Summer, Winter, or all year round.

  • To set these periods:

    1. Click the gear iconSettings.

    2. Define your summer and winter date ranges.

  • Note: If you don’t set dates for both periods, the Route season feature will be disabled.

Off-Season Mode

  • A billing option that gives you a discount on your monthly subscription during your low season.

  • While in Off-Season mode, you can still:

    • Run reports

    • Manage your data
