Why is an approved service history report missing from my billing report?
If a Service Hisorty Report has been approved but the data is completely missing from your Billing Report, it is usually because the field record doesn't have a specific service linked to it. For a job to flow into your billing line items, the system needs to know what billable action was performed.
How to fix a missing billing record:
- Open the Service History Report in the web app.
- Search for the specific site, date, or operator record that is missing from your billing.
- Locate the Operator or Services section on that specific log. You will likely see that the service field is currently blank.
- Select the appropriate billable service from your drop-down options (e.g., Mowing, Snow Plowing, Salting).
- Click Save.
Once the service is assigned and saved on the Service History side, the system will automatically update and push the record straight into your Billing Report.
