Why is the Consumable List and/or Equipment List Empty on the Mobile App?

If you're seeing an empty Consumable or Equipment list in the mobile app, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

If you're seeing an empty Consumable or Equipment list in the mobile app, it’s usually due to one of the following reasons:

  1. Display to operator setting is turned off
  2. The client or sub-contractor rate is missing from the contract

Consumable

To make consumables selectable by operators in the mobile app, follow these two steps:

1. Enable Display to Operator:

  • Go to the Consumables page.
  • Find the consumable you want to make available.
  • Toggle “Display to Operator” to ON (the toggle will turn blue).

This allows the consumable to appear in the operator’s mobile interface.



2. Add the Consumable to the Client Contract

  • Go to the Client page.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit the relevant contract.
  • Scroll down to the Consumables section.
  • Click the “Rate” button beneath the consumable section.
  • Enter a rate next to the consumable.
  • Click Save at the top of the contract to confirm your changes.

Once both steps are complete, the consumable will appear in the mobile app for operators working under that client’s sites.


Equipment 

To make Equipment selectable by operators in the mobile app, follow these two steps:

1. Enable Display to Operator:

  • Go to the Equipment Category page.
  • Find the Equipment you want to make available.
  • Toggle “Display to Operator” to ON (the toggle will turn blue).

This allows the Equipment to appear in the operator’s mobile interface.



2. Add the Equipment Category rate to the Client Contract

  • Go to the Client page.
  • Click the pencil icon to edit the relevant contract.
  • Scroll down to the Equipment section.
  • Click the “Rate” button beneath the Equipment section.
  • Enter a rate next to the Equipment Category.
  • Click Save at the top of the contract to confirm your changes.

Once both steps are complete, the Equipment will appear in the mobile app for operators working under that client’s sites.
