Referral Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Yeti Software Referral Program (“Program”) offered by Yeti Software Inc. (“Yeti,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you (“Referrer”) agree to these Terms.

Effective Date: Oct 1, 2025

1. Eligibility

• The Program is open only to current paid subscribers of Yeti Software.
• To qualify for rewards, referrals must be submitted through Yeti’s official Referral Form.
• Referrals made outside of the form (e.g., by email, phone, or word of mouth) are not eligible.

2. Referral Rewards

• Eligible Referrers will receive a $500 Amazon gift card for each new customer they refer.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals or rewards a Referrer can earn.
• A Referrer will receive one gift card per unique referred company that meets the eligibility requirements below.

3. Eligibility Requirements for Referred Companies

To qualify as a valid referral:

• The referred company (“Referee”) must be new to Yeti Software (i.e., not a current or previous paid subscriber).
• The Referee must sign up for a paid Yeti Software subscription using the promo code REFERYETI.

• Test Drive or trial accounts do not qualify for referral credit.
• Referrals are not retroactive, companies that sign up before being referred do not qualify.

• The Referee’s free month begins on the day they subscribe to a paid account.
• The Referee must remain a paid subscriber for at least 60 consecutive days.

4. Reward Distribution

• Once a referred company has met the eligibility requirements, the Referrer will receive their $500 Amazon gift card via email.
• Gift cards will be distributed within 30 days of eligibility confirmation.
• Yeti reserves the right to verify account status and eligibility before issuing any rewards.

5. Referral Participation Rules

• A Referrer must submit referrals through the official referral form.
• The same company cannot be referred by more than one person. In such cases, the first valid submission will be honored.
• Referrers and Referees must comply with all applicable laws and not engage in fraudulent or misleading behavior.

6. Program Limitations

• The Program is available only in regions where Yeti Software operates and where Amazon gift cards are valid.
• Rewards have no cash value and may not be exchanged, transferred, or substituted.
• Yeti reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time, without notice, for any reason.
  
  

7. General

• Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Yeti’s general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
• Yeti’s decisions regarding eligibility and rewards are final and binding.
• Yeti is not responsible for technical issues, lost submissions, or errors in contact information that prevent delivery of rewards.
